The flat rate shipping cost is not per piece of jewelry that you buy. You pay a flat fee of $3.95 for shipping on orders under $25. If your order is more than $25, you will receive free shipping within the U.S. Again, you are eligible for FREE shipping in the United States, if your order is $25 or more. Shipping outside of the United States, actual shipping rates will apply to your order.
