Return Policy for Online Purchases
Customers may return items purchased online through the Iris Fashion Jewelry website within 10 days of receipt. The following are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or worn,
- Merchandise that do not have the original tags on them,
- Items that were ordered by mistake or
- Merchandise that was broken because of misuse are not eligible for return.
Customers must contact Iris Fashion Jewelry at email@example.com to initiate a return.
When the returned item(s) has been received by Iris Fashion Jewelry, a refund for the amount of the original purchase minus the companies shipping costs will be processed on the original form of payment.
If you purchase merchandise directly from a consultant, you must check with that consultant about their return policy since consultants are independent business owners.
