Can you return Paparazzi Jewelry that was purchased online?

Return Policy for Online Purchases

Customers may return items purchased online through the smJewelryAccents/Paparazzi website within 10 days of receipt, if the following occurs:

  1. if the accessory was damaged in shipment or
  2. if the wrong item was shipped

Customers must contact Paparazzi Accessories Support Department by calling 855-697-2727 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label.

When the returned item has been received by Paparazzi Accessories, an exact replacement will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment.

Customers cannot return merchandise for the following reasons:

  1. Accessories that have been used or worn,
  2. Items that no longer have the original tags, or
  3. Accessories that were ordered in error or broken due to misuse.

After the return has been approved by Paparazzi, the customer should ship the item(s) prepaid with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package to:

Please confirm the address for returns with Paparazzi since they moved from Hurricane, UT to their new location in St. George, Utah.

If you purchase directly from a consultant, you must check with that consultant about their return policy since consultants are independent business owners.
